So, most of you that read my posts are family and should already know this but for those that don't. I'm home in FC until next Fall Term (the end of September) in order to get one, if not two, foot surgeries. One per foot... unless things go horribly wrong and I need something more. Knock on wood.
My first surgery date is scheduled for April 30th.
Oh, the reason I'm getting surgery done is because I have bunions that cause me minor to severe pain depending on my activity level. Since I prefer to be a little more active than not this is an inconvenience to say the least.
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers! Last time I checked I was not a masochist so this will not be fun.

Or are most guys short? Are they getting shorter? Or was it always this way. What's the average American male's height?

Found another friend. He was pretty awesome, I spent an hour and a half with him alternately playing ping-pong and talking about my beliefs. I realized that because I haven't really put much time into researching my religion it's mostly based on faith, so... if someone argues with me about what I should and should not believe I can take note of their opinion but it won't destroy my faith because I can't prove or disprove it to my self. College seemed to be the time that challenged my sisters, if not before. Because of this I both dread the future and what it could do to my beliefs and also look forward to the tests ahead.

Forgot my friggin' doctors appointment.

Met some people, went some places, got at tan, spent money. The whole sheee bang.

I come back home and I have to pee all the time 'cause my mom has installed water fountains all over the house.

Gaaaaah stupid toy guns and swords with stupid sound effects. just because he is un petit garçon does not mean he naturally gravitates toward them...UNLESS IT'S ALL YOU GIVE HIM!!!!!

I love this 9 hours time difference thing because in respect to e-mails and such I'm awake when I write them and you're asleep or getting up or something and then you reply while I'm asleep so when I wake up I generally have a reply in less than 12 hours. It's great!

The B&B that we're staying in (in our own seperate rooms!!!!) has wierd china/gilt antiques that are BUTT UGLY but the manager or whaterver likes to collect them. Bunch of cherubs with bits of cloth clinging questionably to their bits looking down on you midst the lamp fixtures above your bed. Real reassuring, makes you feel like God is really there. I'm tellin'ya.

Smoking is bad for you and everyone around you.Honestly, it's so intrusive on everyone around you (some actually don't want to be breathing secondhand smoke while they're eating their brocolli and ham quiche). Stupid chainsmokers. If I come over to you while you're smoking to hang out with you then you should go right on smoking. But here, in Europe, there is no place for non-smokers to be where there isn't any smoke. Smoke at meals, smoke while shopping, smoke while you're waiting for transport, smoke when you're trying to sleep. Lotsa smoke. I dunno bout you but I'd rather not have grey stuff pouring out of my mouth and nose when I don't even smoke.

Holland was VERY windy yesterday and less so today (at least no rain). There was actually a sun today. Last night we got lost coming home from the bus station (oops) but everything turned out okay and I found our way back. Today we went to a music box/organ/thingimabob museum where I increased my muscic box collection (note to peoples I love music boxes (HINT: they make good presents)). I got one music box that plays You Are My Sunshine, and two of the machines that make the music sans box. One plays Red Roses for a Blue Lady (one of my favorite songs) and the other plays Teddy Bears Picnic. Then we had lunch. Then we stopped at a old cathedral and BG bought me a miniture of one of my favorite pieces of art (a statue of a 14-year-old ballerina by Edgar Degas) and bought a statue of St. Francis for herself (because she needed it for her new home).

I should go back downstairs soon. Is there any requests for what I should talk about?
